SCD Series

One-stage oil-free air compressor for silo applications

This new compressor model is used for pneumatic transport with trucks, in order to fill and unfill silos by use of compressed air at about 2 bar gauge pressure.

The project of the new model is developed to have small dimensions, facilitate maintenance, ensure the regular operating condition and guarantee the oil sealing.

Capacity :	From 650 to 1000 mc/h
Power :	From 48 to 70 kw
Pressure :	From 1,5 up to 2,5 bar

Lubrification

The oil flow, which is necessary for the lubrification of gears and bearings, is ensured by a rotary pump that is fitted in the drive shaft

Painting

The SCD screw compressor is protected by special painting, higher temperature than 240°C resistant. The surface finish protects the castings effectively against corrosion even after many years of operation in severe environmental conditions.

Shaft Seal

TM.C. provides its screw compressors with a very effective oil seal. Its configuration is with two PTFE seal lips, 1 PTFE dust lip and an external additional dust cover, with a metallic cage. The seal system assures a very long service life, high wear resistance and protection.

Rotors

Specifically designed rotors for oil-free application with best performances,thanks to the 3/5 lobes combination.
