The modular compressor station is intended to supply with compressed air various devices such as pipelines on a rail transport, various industries: oil, building, wood-working, machine-building and other at outside air temperatures from -35 to +40 C. It is designed around TMC screw air-ends models SCA10, SCA13, SCA14 and SCA22, which guarantee an air flow to the station from 2 to 20 m3 at 8 or 13 bar pressure together with high reliability and easy maintenance. Station operates automatically, presence of staff is not required. Maintenance and repair of compressor stations is performed without dismantling its parts. An easy approach to all elements of station is provided for service convenience. In all stations there are ventilation and heating of a premise, fire-extinguishing means. For prompt connection to air distribution systems and compressed air supplying of various devices on a railway transport the station can be completed with an end sleeve Ð17. On customer’s request modular compressor station can be equipped with air-treatment system (air cleaning degree - 0 class in accordance with GOST 17433-80).
Stations can be equipped with electric or diesel drive and mounted on a container base or on a chassis.
