The customer uses a SCA13DR directly coupled and a particular system for obtaining "oil free" air.
Thanks to a special and innovative catalytic oil converter, properly dimensioned and installed in the package, oil particles contained in the compressed air are transformed by means of a chemical reaction into CO2 and H2O, assuring thus oil free compressed air of quality class 1 (according to regulations ISO8573.1)
This solution allows our customer to fulfil the requests of the end user, without abandoning the reliability and high performance of lubricated screw compressors of SCA series: the entire package works without maintenance up to 15.000 hours.
